We would like to ask you to always contact us first before you return products or want to exchange them. At the bottom of the page you will find all the steps to return products to us.
Received a defective product?
If a product that you have ordered on our website has arrived faulty, please contact our customer service. We then provide a replacement product and send it to you free of charge.
In principle, a defective product never needs to be sent back. However, in very exceptional cases we can ask to send the product back to us in order to investigate the defective product together with the manufacturer. We only do this in consultation with you and the costs of returning the product are always on our expense.
Received a wrong product?
Even though we do our very best to send the right products, there is always a small chance that something goes wrong. If you receive an incorrect product, we ask you to contact our customer service. The costs of returning the product in the event of receiving the wrong item are always for Aromatika.com. The costs for shipping the correct item to you are of course also for the expense of Aromatika.com expense
Dissatisfied with your ordered product?
If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, you can use the right of withdrawal. For further information, refer to the heading “Returns & 14 days reflection period – Right of withdrawal”.
How long does it take before you receive an answer to a return request?
Our customer service is open on working days from 09:00 – 17:00. Within these times you can contact our customer service via e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org (substantive response within 24 hours) and contact form (substantive response within 24 hours).
How long does it take before you receive a replacement product?
Taking into account our standard delivery times, you can expect the replacement product within 3 – 5 working days at the address you provided in the original order.
How long does it take before you get your money back in the event that you return a product that you are not satisfied with?
If you cancel the order, you will receive back all the total order amount, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs as a result of your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery provided by us.) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the order. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

How many days do you have to return a product?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you that is not the carrier, physically receive the product.
Who pays for the return of a product when you make use of the right of withdrawal?
Costs of returning the goods from the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Germany will be charged to Aromatika.com.
Returns & 14 days reflection period – Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without any specific reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you that is not the carrier, physically receive the product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail; firstname.lastname@example.org. You can use the standard form for withdrawal sent by us, but you are not obliged to do so.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept return of open or used items unless it appears that the product is defective.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you decide to cancel the order, Aromatika.com will refund the full order amount, including delivery costs in any case not later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days after confirming the cancelation of the order. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee. Legal guarantee means that a product must do what you, as a consumer, can expect in all reasonableness.

Send an email to our customer service with the products you want to return to email@example.com including your order number and your full name. After you will receive all information regarding sending back the product.
2. Return receipt message
We will notify you if your return has been received by us. That will normally be via e-mail.
3. Exchange / return purchase amount
We exchange the package and send it to you, or deposit the purchase amount within 14 days on the indicated account.
